崗位職責：
?	On-site management: The construction coordinator is responsible for managing various activities on the construction site, including the scheduling and arrangement of personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring that construction progress and quality meet the expected targets. 現場管理:施工協調員負責管理施工現場的各項活動，包括人員、設備和材料的調度和安排，確保施工進度和質量的達到預期目標。

?	Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在與工程合作伙伴、當地設計院、供應商及施工單位等執行項目過程中充分代表業主利益。提供技術及合同監督和指導。
?	Support project EHS manager and participate in daily EHS management during construction phase.  支持項目EHS經理，參與項目施工階段的日常EHS管理。
?	Compliance with all EHS policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a Zero Incident mindset in the implementation of capital projects, while championing BASF’s commitment to safety always. 遵守所有EHS政策和程序，秉承零事故思維，深刻理解并執行巴斯夫安全高于一切的理念。

任職要求：
?	Education教育背景：　　　　　　    
- Bachelor’s degree with major study in engineering 工程類本科畢業
- Master’s degree will be an advantage研究生學歷優選

?	Working Experience工作經歷：
-Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years construction management experience in the field of petrochemical or master’s degree, the experience for petrochemical construction company is advantage. 大學本科畢業，在石油化工領域至少2年以上施工管理經歷或研究生畢業，有石油化工建設企業工作經驗者優先。

?	Technical & Professional Knowledge技術及資質要求：
- Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English is an advance 熟練掌握中英文者優選
- Professional in understanding of local discipline codes & standards 精通國內相關專業的標準規范
- Good in relevant software/tools e.g., Excel, Power Point and CAD.精通相關軟件及工具，如Excel, Power Point 及 CAD等
